 · Hi, I have 2 computers registered, an iMac, and a Sony PC. I have recently found that when ever I connect to my Mac, after going through the usual connection screens, I end up with a Black Screen (plus the mouse pointer) LogMeIn seems to behave as if it is correctly connected, but, obviously, I can’t see anything.

In this situation, a session might be jammed up in the system which would explain why it remains green although you closed the session.
